Development Manager

Working with the Senior VP and Project Administrator for Mayfair, James formulates and executes the business plan for the community. This means leading the entitlement, design and development of infrastructure and other projects needed to maximize value and positive impact for residents, commercial tenants and other stakeholders. Guiding and realizing the vision for Mayfair, James is responsible for the delivery of finished homesites, common infrastructure, parks and amenities at a level of quality that fits the character of this groundbreaking community. James came to us with a strong background in project and development management. James is a proud Texas A&M Aggie (is there any other kind?). He’s also a new dad, which of course only adds to the pride quotient.
