With over 35 years experience helping companies stay on task, Terry guides and oversees Southstar’s day-to-day operations and company functions. Focusing on contract administration, payroll, accounting, human resources and business-related development services, Terry defines and implements operations strategy, structure and processes to ensure company goals are achieved. And she is instrumental in keeping the reporting and submittals for projects with TIRZ and PID elements in conformance with established guidelines and timeframes. As if managing Southstar operations weren’t enough, Terry also sits on the boards of several Southstar communities as Declarant Representative and is a member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin. When not being the glue that holds Southstar together, Terry likes to travel as much as possible, especially to Disneyland in California. Yes, although her five kids have flown the nest, Terry still loves a good roller coaster.
