Todd oversees Southstar’s sales operations, including commercial, mixed use, industrial and multi-family as well as builder placement and pod sales. His current focus is on Southstar’s Mayfair development in New Braunfels. Over his two-decade real estate career, Todd has contributed to record-setting residential and resort projects across the United States. And he loves sharing his skills and can-do spirit with both industry and community organizations. Todd is licensed broker in Texas as well as graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. Along with his wife and two young children, Todd still calls Austin home. Away from work, he enjoys live music and spending time outdoors with the family. Except in August, when he stays indoors and begins planning his annual ski trips.
